Fusion Effect: ONE Closed Beta Announcement

The game will be completely reset. A cool-off period to wipe the sweaty hands, and then deploy the game for real.

What's being tested?

The goal is to test a few key areas of the game:

  • The Stock Market
  • Player Trading
  • Player-Driven Economy
  • Battle Balances (weapon and itemization)
  • Backup / Emergency Systems

And most importantly, the Global Timing / Game Time System, catch-up/hurry up after server failure.

We'll send you an email on the 22nd with a special link to register your account.

How to Help

Beta testers will be expected to explore and peek at all the systems. Spend their CR. Find ways to exploit systems and processes. We will, at times, grant players surpluses of CR to help achieve this. Other days, we will strip you of everything you own and ask you how your experience was. That type of stuff is what we'll subject you to.

We're open to screenshots, in-depth reports, analysis, armchair takes, and actual research into things or whatever level you feel. We also have a system to report bugs via the UI, and our own observing methodologies. (We'll collect no more information than we would during normal play; see our terms for what we collect.)

Whats in it for you?

A lovely reward that will allow you to obtain your own Mining Operation early on with ease. You'll be able to set aside enough to invest in the Stock Market early (the current roster of companies will grow in size as the game ages and new features and items are added). In addition to a special indicator throughout the game, indicating you're a beta tester.

While there are no premium features in-game currently, you will also be given a 12-month membership to any future premium features (likely packaged as a Monthly Supporter benefit). The help this testing and feedback provides is really helpful and appreciated!
